monday / tuesday

today is tuesday, but it's monday for me.

i believe that four-day work weeks should be mandated by law to ensure contentment and sanity. who would complain? chances are good that employees would be at least as productive, if not more, during those four days of work as they would be during a five-day work week. can i get an amen?

anyway.

back to the daily grind, and boy is it daily, and boy is it grindy, and not the good kind of grindy where there's hip-hop playing and hips swaying.

glimpses of the weekend:

the boys - look how hippy (skinny) and sticky (tall) they are.

the view from the shore at St. John's.

c'est belle, n'est-ce pas?

in any case, it was a good, albeit extremely hectic, weekend. though i wish it could have been a little more slowly-paced, my heart sank as we were driving back because i like routine, but i dread monotony. there are a lot of changes afoot at work and in life, but sometimes i just crave an extended non-ended vacation.

how would you feel if i became a female beat poet rapper?
well, i'm back, and that means more rambling and more scrambling ( i do love scrambled eggs, yes i do ) and more . . . bambling.

excuse me while i go figure out what "bambling" is.
