yes, the previous post truly was an April Fool's joke on me. for the past few weeks, i kept thinking i was "done" at the new infusion center, and every Friday i would discover that i did in fact have to return the following week. not the greatest way to keep me strung along.
so after one final "full time" (i.e. 11 hours a day, 5 days a week) week and one final "half time" (i.e. 2 10 hour days) week, i'm supposedly done. upper management never told me i was, but i wasn't asked to return, and they've moved in without acknowledging that i WAS there, so i've quietly returned to my home base infusion site and set to the task of uncovering everything that got neglected when i was away.
fun. more like: "fun". as in, not fun.
but i'm glad to be gaining some stability back.
(it is now APRIL 25TH, world. no more cosmic jokes. i really want to be done this time.)
soooo life continues to be slow and dramatic all at once. not sure quite how to explain that, but i'll make a short list: stormy spring weather, unexpected, misunderstanding, and old "friend", long emails, going to music like i used to, fireworks on campus, no sleep.
it's complicated.
have to go now.
in the works: Administrative Professionals Appreciation lunch today at a cuuuute cafe near my apartment, shearing the sheep (more on that later), decorate date (oh yeah, i do have a boyfriend, kind of forgot about that), new turquoise shirt!!!
i'm crazy. so crazy.

ohh! new shirt! sorry that the beginning of spring has been such an ordeal for you. i'm looking forward to lazy days of summer when we can have more S. Ed. convos over gchat.
yea for you surfacing again. did i tell you i missed you? because i did.
i hate it when you leave this spot for weeks at a time. makes me feel like you are my wooden leg and my wooden leg has taken a walk without me...
"inspire" arrived yesterday...you are taking over the frame of my vintage chalkboard.
i love you.
