it is thursday. c'est jeudi.
i am tired. je suis fatiguee.
i am working. je travaille.
i am hungry. j'ai faim.
i'm alive? i'm still here?
my feet are on the ground and my head is in the clouds.
technically speaking, that would make me a giant.
my hair is getting too long.
i wish i had the same problem with my legs.
i'd like to paint my nails some shade of deep, bright pink. i want to stand out and stand apart from the crowd, but i don't want to do it by donning a coral colored trench coat or stepping into huge chunky D&G shoes. i'd rather just adorn a very small area of my body (surface area wise, fingernails are an obvious choice) and feel original and full of life (vivante) every time i look down at my hands, which are usually flying across a keyboard (computer or piano) or punctuating my conversations.

i'd like for my bedroom to look like this RealSimple cover from September 2004. don't the colors and the composition just fill you to the brim with amazing, liberated, organized, calm feelings? it does that for me. i'm a sucker for:
- smooth duvets
- perfectly plump pillows (pardon my perfect alliteration)
- small bunches of flowers
- nightstand tables with books supporting alarm clocks [see previously posted picture (WHAT is with the ALLITERATION?!) of my own bed&bedside composition]
- the color white, especially when paired with the color turquoise
- repeat previous phrase, reversing "white" and "turquoise"
- (they are both favorite colors of mine)
- (this list is deteriorating, and fast.)
i am me.
i am she.
i am here.
here = work, united states, my own skin.
where are you?

It IS Thursday (afternoon).
I'm still in my pajamas.
"pardon my perfect alliteration"
You are such a beautiful twit:)
And as for that turquoise on the bedroom wall, here are my plans for it:
I am hoping to paint three of my living room walls a light dove grey, the far wall, the one that holds a HUGE picture window that looks directly onto my hills, I would like to paint it this shade of turquoise. Of course all original moldings in the room will be returned to their pure shade of white. It's going to be beautiful...it's going to be a little nest with one huge robin egg wall.
This is why you will come and live with me, so you can bein my robin egg wall room.
I am in the garden of eden eating plums and humming the silver song.
XO
cabeza grande
that's what i thought of when you said "giant"
what a deliciously random and ligh-hearted post.
someone else we know loves white a lot too.
will she fess up?ahem*umber*ahem.
i feel like saturating myself in color...just for a change. (see all gray outfit today - BUT as a practice, I DID add an orange scarf).
AMEN to the nails situation.
