painful: i have more paper cuts than i can count.
advice: you don't want to start a text war with a papercut-riddled admin at the end of the day. you just don't. you're likely to get your eyeballs scathed by my burning wit. yep, right from the tiny screen of your phone. others have scoffed and then suffered the consequences.
